Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

Golden Kaabah is a platform connecting pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj or Umrah with independent guides. Golden Kaabah is not itself a provider of religious guidance services.

Registration requires a valid email and, for guides, a verified phone number. Each user commits to providing accurate information and creating only one account.

Pilgrim registration may be temporarily closed during certain platform launch phases.

Before their profile is published, every guide must provide a valid ID document and sign the guide's code of ethics. A Golden Kaabah administrator reviews and approves each profile before it appears in the public catalogue.

Golden Kaabah reserves the right to refuse or suspend any profile that does not meet these requirements.

The pilgrim books a service directly on the platform and pays the corresponding amount online. Funds are held in escrow and only released to the guide once the pilgrim confirms the service has been completed.

Golden Kaabah charges a 10% commission on the amount of each confirmed booking, deducted from the sum paid to the guide, in exchange for providing the platform, escrow and support.

Cancellation terms are specific to each guide and displayed on their profile. An automatic refund applies in the cases covered by those terms.

In the event of a disagreement between a pilgrim and a guide, either party may open a dispute from their personal space. The Golden Kaabah team reviews the situation and proposes a fair resolution; it may, where appropriate, order a full or partial refund of the funds held in escrow.

The guide commits to keeping their profile, availability and rates up to date, to respecting the code of ethics signed at registration, and to carrying out the booked service diligently and professionally.

Golden Kaabah acts as a technical intermediary between pilgrims and guides. The religious and logistical guidance service is provided by the guide, under their sole responsibility. Golden Kaabah cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of a guide during the service.

Any user may request deletion of their account via the Contact page. Golden Kaabah may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

Golden Kaabah may amend these terms; users will be informed by email or via the platform before they take effect.
